Terms and Conditions
1. Download Plot application Form and fill out the essential information.
2. Pay the N100,000 (One hundred thousand Naira Only) Application Fee to the Coral City Project Account stated in Clause 16 below.
3. By downloading the Application Form and making payment of the Application Fee, it is deemed that you have read and accepted all Terms and Conditions herein of your Coral City Land Purchase.
4. Submit application From and proof of payment to the Coral City Marketing Office.
5. Upon approval of your payment, your offer letter will be sent to the email address you stated on your Application Form.
6. Select your desired plot of land for purchase.
7. Secure your desired plot of land by making full and final payment for the plot in one payment.
8. Default in payment after duration advised in offer letter elapses will lead to withdrawal of application.
9. Upon completion of payment, you shall be issued an Allocation letter in respect to the plot applied for.
10. A letter will be sent to Edo State Geographic Information Service (EdoGIS) to commence the preparation of the Certificate of Occupancy for the plot. Any additional obligations for the preparation of the Certificate of Occupancy will be communicated to you by EdoGIS.
11. The approved building designs for your desired plot will be communicated to you upon the issuance of the Allocation Letter.
12. You are required to commence construction of the building on the said plot within 90 days of the receipt of your Allocation letter.
13. Default in commencement as and when due will lead to a withdrawal of your Allocation. In the event of withdrawal, ESNTDA will effect refund of all payments made by Purchaser less 5% for legal and 5% administration cost and after a purchaser has been found for the property. Edo State New Town Development Authority is at liberty to find an alternative Purchaser at such a time.
14. You are required to conclude construction of the building on the said plot within 12 months of the receipt of your Allocation letter.
15. The property shall not be used for any purposes other than that specified in the Right of Occupancy.

17. Evidence of payment should be presented to Edo State New Town Development Authority (ESNTDA)
18. The Allottee hereby covenants that it shall make all payments as stated in the Allocation Letter issued as and when due.
19. The Allottee is obliged to enter into agreement with the Facility management company after issuance of certificate of occupancy.
